Our Pastor
Harvey and Kimberlie Cole

Pastor Harvey has been at Mountain View for 16 years and 13 of those as our Associate Pastor and now they step into this new season as our Senior Pastor.

His passion is to equip believers in the Mountain View family with mustard seed faith. He is married to Ms. Kim and they have seven children. Prior to coming to Mountain View, Pastor Harvey and his family served more than 20 years in the Army.

Mrs. Kim, speaks at women’s meetings with a powerful word, building up the Kingdom of God with a desire to see lives transformed.

Associate Pastor and Youth Pastors
David and Missy Watkins

Pastor Dave and Mrs. Missy grew up in the small neighboring towns of Omak and Riverside. Pastor Dave first saw Mrs. Missy at a youth all nighter's event. He knew as soon as he saw her that he wanted to get to know her. From that day on, the couple spent every moment they could together, attending the same school, taking a lot of the same classes, and even joining the same clubs.

After graduating highschool in 2003, Pastor Dave moved and Mrs. Missy was right behind him in 2005. A trip to the Coeur D'Alene courthouse June 20 sealed the deal in marriage.

They have been through ups and downs including the death of one of their sons (a few days after his birth). However, still standing on God's promises, they have been blessed and are in the process of raising five children.

They have called Mountain View Assembly home since 2009 and have served as youth pastors since 2011 and ready to step into their new role as associate pastor in this new season. Their challenge for each of the youth is to tap into Jesus and own it for themselves.

Evangelism and Outreach Pastor and Young Adults Pastor
Filipp and Anna Vishnevskiy

Pastor Filipp and Mrs. Anna are stepping into a new role as our Evangelism and Outreach Pastor. They will continue to serve our Young Adults ministry  as well, which has been leaning into the Holy Spirit and seeking His face since 2022.

Whether it is through an outreach to the homeless in downtown Spokane, partnering with other ministries throughout the area for worship and prayer services, the monthly Cars and Coffee ministry or leading the corporate last Friday of the month time of prayer; they have their hand on the pulse of what Holy Spirit wants to do in this season.
